Rules of the Tournament: OPEN DOUBLES
(STARTS 10:00 AM Saturday, May 2)The Cornhole deMayo II tournament games will be played in accordance with
rules of the American Cornhole Association.
• 32 teams - first come basis
(total available team participation count varies by ACO city location)
• $40.00 per team / $20.00 per player
• All teams guaranteed seven games against seven different teams
• Open to all ages, no ACO Pros allowed
• Tournament format is three step process
• ROUND ROBIN – teams are placed into a round robin in which seven games will be played by every team in the tournament, the top four teams from each round robin grouping will move onto the Bracket 16 Challenge but first must seed themselves in the Frame Game Seeding Round.
• FRAME GAME SEEDING ROUND– each of the remaining sixteen teams will throw a team frame game with the highest score becoming the one seed and the lowest score being the sixteen seed. All other teams will be seeded accordingly, based on the result of their frame game.
• BRACKET 16 CHALLENGE – 16 best teams will be competing for the first place trophy in the best of three series with the first team to win two games in a match moving forward and the loser is finished.
• There will be trophies for first and second place finishers.
• There will be sponsorship prizes as well for some of the top teams, to be determined.
• There will be no cash payout, we are only charging you $20.00 for an awesome afternoon of cornholing with your buddies. Cheaper than golf or an afternoon at the movies. It’s all about the love of the game, socializing and giving you great bang for your 20 bucks.
• Food and beer will be available for purchase.
TOPGUN DIVISION
Cornhole de Mayo Topgun Division

- $50.00 entry fee(SIGNUPS FOR THIS EVENT WILL END ON APRIL 27TH AT MIDNIGHT)
- Open to the first 40 players to register
- Earn points towards your CornyForty standings.
- Win Cash Prizes
All players guaranteed multiple games in a round robin format - minimum of four game guarantee.
Open to all ACO Pros, Semi Pros, and any amateur wanting to see how they stack up against the best.
Tournament format is two step process.
ROUND ROBIN (roughly 50% of the players make the cut to move forward depending on total participation if 32 guys are playing in the round robin 16 will advance to the bracket challenge)
Players making it out of the Round Robin will be seeded based on their current "SCR" Score, players without a current "SCR" Score will be randomly seeded after the "SCR" Score players have been seeded.
BRACKET CHALLENGE (Best two out of three moves forward)
60% Cash Payout to top 4 to 8 players - 10% of proceeds go towards CornyForty pot - payout based on participation- Total Payout will breakdown as follows 1st Place = 40% / 2nd Place = 20% / 3rd & 4th = 10% / 5th thru 8th = 5%
ACO Cornhole Players participating in the CornyForty can earn points towards their CornyForty standings.

All players guaranteed multiple games in a round robin format - minimum of four game guarantee.
Open to all players. Only rule is NO ACO PROS or PRO CALIBER PLAYERS as recognized by the ACO on the same team(104 scr or 129 corny 40 points).
Tournament format is two step process.

Open to all players. Only rule is NO ACO PROS or PRO CALIBER PLAYERS as recognized by the ACO(104 scr or 129 corny 40 points) ALLOWED.

ALL CORNHOLE MERCHANDISE(BOARDS, BAGS, SHIRTS ETC.) AT THIS EVENT WILL BE CASH ONLY. THERE WILL BE AN ATM ON SITE.
THERE WILL BE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF CORNHOLE DE MAYO SHIRTS ON HAND AS WELL FOR $12.00 EACH.
