FESTIVAL DATES

Parking: Parking is plentiful all around the festival area. In addition to the on-street parking around the site, there are over 3,000 parking places in parking lots/garages in the immediate downtown area. And all parking is free! Parking garages are located on: Magnolia Street (324 spaces) Dunbar Street (654 spaces) Kennedy Street (478 spaces) Handicapped Parking: Handicapped Parking places are located in each parking garage as well as throughout the downtown area along the on-street parking. Restroom Facilities: Portable restrooms are located throughout the festival area. ATM Machines: There will be several ATM machines located throughout the festival area. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Wagging tails and festival crowds just don’t mix. Please leave your pets at home - for the safety of both patrons & the animals. Alcoholic Beverages: Anyone wishing to purchase an alcoholic beverage must be 21 years of age and present a valid ID. Coolers: Spring Fling does not allow coolers to be brought into the festival area. First Aid: Mary Black Memorial Hospital will provide First Aid during the festival. Bicycle EMS personnel will also be riding through the festival area. Street Closures: The festival covers several city blocks so numerous downtown streets will be closed starting early Friday morning (click here for street closure listing). Spring Fling Information: You can get general Spring Fling information anywhere you see a Coca-Cola Trailer. Pick up entertainment schedules and general information about the festival here. Volunteer Headquarters: The former Sandwich Factory restaurant located at 137 West Main Street on Morgan Square will be transformed into the Spring Fling volunteer headquarters during all three days of the festival.
